EA & EVgo Charger Status Not Displayed

With ABRP 5.0.7 on an iPhone 13 mini running iOS 17.6.1 and displaying over Apple CarPlay in a Kia EV6 the status of any Electrify America or EVgo chargers on the route is not displayed.

If the charger icon is grey or it says unknown se don't have status from these chargers.

Are you able to get status from EA and EVgo chargers? In western WA and OR I've never seen status for either company. It seems like if they are not giving you access to their APIs -- and thus making it impossible to get status -- that it would be good to have a different way of communicating this. Among other things that would avoid confusion about where the problem is and it might also motivate your users to complain to the charger operators.

Our partner have been working on this for quit some time. Unfortunately, it is more difficult to reach an agreement with some charging companies than others.

We have a partner that helps us get status from more charging companies. However, they have not achieved success with AE. I will ask them about EVgo.
