We saw problems from other users with these kind of cheap OBD dongles too, so i would rather recommend to use one of the recommended dongles from our list:

You can however still send us the information as described on the bottom of that page, however these kind of dongles do not have a very high priority for us, if they do not work out of the box, as there is quite a variaty of these dongles and we can not support them all. Also some of these do not work according to specification.
