Routes offered are hours longer than the quickest possible route. Occurs on multiple departure/destination points and has been this way for weeks.
Using web version 5.0.9 on Safari.

Here you go, over 10 hours as the plan avoids the main road the whole way.

But sometimes it plans correctly like this one under 6 hours, I just can't work out what causes the incorrect plans-

You have selected all options in Avoid on route. If you deselect Avoid highways you will get a faster route.

Thank you. That fixed it. I don't recall ever changing those settings (I would have no reason to), so not sure why it ended up like that.
