Every departure time I enter is moved 1 hour later in the plan.

Are you planing after 31st March? If so then it's because of summer time.

Nope, I was planning for Mar 28th, 8am. When I click the Plan button, after changing both the date and time, it updates to Feb 17, 2024, 9am. When I change the date and time to anything at all, it changes to Feb 17, 2024, 1 hour later than I put in.
