Czech E.ON chargers offline

Hello,
my name is David and I am from E.ON. We have recently migrated to a new system and since then the chargers in Czechia are offline even though the data that we are sending is correct. Could you please check it?
We have received a couple of complaints from the customers of yours.

Hi David,
Could you please give me some examples of chargers that do not have the live status?
I checked on this one in Olomouc: abetterrouteplanner.com/?charger_id=83755848
and it seems like we are getting the correct data there.
