Impossible to use ABRP premium with Android Auto. The App crash the Android car connection. I can use other apps but no ABRP. Very sad because I paid the premium version especially to use it...
I'm disappointed and use back Waze. But maybe you have a solution...

Hi, after connecting Plasma Ember, it seems to be ok. App launch's on Android Auto and I can plan a journey.
But I didn't try to drive several kilometers.
So this 4.2.10 is the solution to solve my problem.
Thanks 👍

Thanks to dig the problem... I'm not a lucky guy if this trouble only appears on Xiaomi devices+ android 11. Unfortunately, my device can't receive Android 12 and it's my only one.

Ok we will try something and then we can check if that improves the situation.

Hi,
I found some notifications, that we could drop and also reduced the amount of notifications generated in total. So hopefully this will fix the problrem on Xiaomi with Android 11. This will either be available in the next release, or I could add you to our internal test version so you can try it ahead of the next release already (but might be a bit more unstable). If you want to try the test version send me a mail to samuel@iternio.com with your ABRP account mail and I'll send you the instructions.

Permission location is set to allow ABRP.

Thanks for the feedback, i just checked this a bit further. This only seems to happen on Android 11 and Xiaomi devices. We did not get this particular crash on any other phone and OS combination and there is also an entry on Stack Overflow, that confirms this happens on other apps too:
stackoverflow.com/questions/71266853/xiaomi-android-11-securityexception-too-many-pendingintent-created

A possible workaround would be to update to Android 12 if that is possible for your phone.

We could check however, if we can workaround this somehow, if we see that the phone is from Xiaomi and runs Android 11. This might however take a bit longer.

Do you have another phone you could use with ABRP in the meantime?

According to a short web search your phone should be able to update to Android 12. Please try if that helps.

Hi,
just checked the crash logs related to your account. We saw similiar crashes, when the location permission was not properly set for our app. Could you please check that the location permission is set to allowed for ABRP?
