Connection between OBDLinkCX and my Kia Niro EV 2023 fail with error code message.

I bought a ODBLinkCX to use with ABRP. But on the page for ABRP OBD connection it appears to do everything correctly, it does multiple connected, write message cycle and then popup a window saying error code and leading to this big report.
