Connecting with Tronity doesn't work

When i follow the steps de app keeps loading in Tronity app , it is not possible to connect.

We have found and fixed an issue in one of our servers communicating with Tronity - let us know if you have any further issues!

The login flow has changed (visually) now, and I was able to successfully connect Tronity again.

Hi all,

We've looked into this but can't really see that there'd be an issue. Other users we've spoken to did eventually have the connection established.

May I ask you to check once more to see if the issue is still present?

After allowing tronity access in the browser and being directed back to the app, nothing happens.

Same for me here already for weeks. Status of the car "sleeping" or you come in a connecting loop with Tronity. Does not matter if you try to connect on PC of app on the phone.

Die ABRP App verbindet sich nicht mehr mit Tronity. Laut Tronity App werden die Daten geteilt, ABRP hat jedoch keinen Zugriff.

Does not work for me as well: Cannot connect anymore and when I could connect weeks ago I lost the connection. It does not show an error, the car ist just not connected afterwards (on Mac) or the tronity login box does not disappear (on iPhone and iPad).

when i want to link with tronity it says "something went wrong try again later" this is going on for 3 days now.

No, I meant if you have the car(s) linked to your TRONITY account (not your ABRP account)

Upon further investigation is seems it fails when the user does not have any vehicles linked to their TRONITY account.

This is of course confusing as there is no indication as to why it fails and we'll have TRONITY notified of this.

Hi Katya, thanks for your feedback. I’ve linked only our Enyaq to the TRONITY account with the VIN number . We doesn’t have to use it for the Citygo so that’s the reason i’ve only linked our Enyaq. Grz, Tsjeard

Alright! I've been able to replicate it and there are indeed some errors thrown. Most likely this is due some API changes on TRONITY's side and we should of course update accordingly. We'll be looking further into this.
