Connect with TRONITY

I have a problem with connect to ABRP. I add a screenshot. In ABRP is show battery but i cant see live date. I disconnect and add again new account but nothing help.
Today, I maked trip 150 km, and I reconnected TRONITY with ABRP but nothing help.. in ABRP update only SoC and range. I can’t make automatic statistics

Thank you for the screenshot, I've deleted the photo to not have your email address displayed here publicly but noted your user id.

I've taken a look at your account and it does look like we're receiving live SoC for your car. Or is the battery percentage not accurate?

Regarding the calibrated consumption value, we're not able to support this when using Tronity as the connection form, as the data we get is insufficient. See; abetterrouteplanner.com/compare/livedata

Hi Marcin,

Your account here on Upvoty doesn't appear to be linked to an ABRP account, thus I cannot check the current status of the vehicle connection.

Could you try sending us an email so that we get your user details? You're welcome to send an email via the support options at the bottom of the settings menu in the app.
