Charger info disappeared from the maps.
The charger provider info is not visible any more and the indicators lack signs such as Tesla or Ionity, etc. And preferred chargers are ignored in planning. Very difficult to find and add them manually. The app has lost all functionality.

Hi Efe & Roman,
So, IONITY, Tesla and others have already been corrected (since a few hours ago). Routeplanning with preferences for certain networks in Europe is functional again.
EA is also correct. We've also made corrections for the Rivian Adventure Network that required some restarts and routeplanning with network preferences for the US is also fixed.

Hi, I do not know what you did lately but Electrify America chargers are no longer being reported as such. See the attached screen shot, this charge is listed but not as electrify america, please fix this in the US database.

All of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina. Do not work and the prefer and exclude still do not pickup the right chargers. It all used to work early January.

Now it’s routing me to chargers I specifically avoided consistently. Please refund my subscription. I could have planned my trip better manually if I knew your app would be rendered useless in the middle of my trip. You shall hear from the Better Business Bureau since you market you app in the US.

Same for me, something is definitely broken, was working fine in early January, but now the avoid and preferred list is broken as well as charger info 😞

It’s completely broken. My most preferred charger is IONITY. Your app routes me to an unidentified charger (all chargers are unidentified now. No company info on the header, and only Tesla chargers can be identified with the price because I have a membership) which sits next to an IONITY station. This is crap. I definitely will need a refund. Instead of driving I’m bug reporting. That’s unacceptable.

Sorry for the late reply - we're a bit busy here investigating why the network labels are absent.
Sidenote: I've just checked your settings and while you do have set some networks to 'avoid' this is different from the status 'exclude'. If you'd like us to completely exclude a certain network from planning please set it to 'exclude'.

Yes but do you think it’s normal for the app to select an avoided charger sitting next to a preferred charger? Your app currently does not recognize IONITY chargers at all since they have no identification.

Also this is an IONITY charger. As you can see no information as such in the details. This whole thing renders your app unusable. It happened a few hours ago it was working fine before. And a nasty surprise in the middle of a trip.
