Car's GPS Location doesn't update

ABRP doesn't update car location or just does it once in 3min or so. On Android Auto, app in front or back and EVNotify to feed data, no BLE OBD.
ABRP and EVNotify have all the GPS permissions and accuracy is set and there's no battery optimization set, no power saver setting and GPS works fine with Google maps and Waze.
