Carplay Premium Issues

Hi!

I subscribed to premium this week to use Carplay and I am experiencing some issues. Firstly, when using the app the map to navigate the map is extremely stretched on the car’s display. I am attaching a photo that I got from google showing the kind of effect I am experiencing, only it is a lot more distorted on my display. Secondly, I cannot navigate using ABRP on the “home screen” of Carplay. As soon as I want to be able to change song or view my calendar at the same time as navigation, Google Maps is activated instead.

I am using an iphone 12 mini on ios 15.

Hi Love,

This is unfortunately an issue related to the iOS version. It is not present when run on iOS 17. Would it be possible for you to update the iOS version on your phone?

Hi Love
Unfortunately ABRP isn’t able to run at the Home Screen as a navigation app like Apple Map or Google Maps does.
