While navigating, with wireless CarPlay - the CarPlay interface overlay on left of screen covers up data from ABRP - is there away to move the data to the right?

It seems like we determine you to be in a left-hand-driving country and flip the interface. There is an option to change that in the settings of the CarPlay interface of ABRP.

Yes, this will as Bo mentions have to be done in the CarPlay interface, not the iOS app. You should get the settings button displayed by tapping the screen once.
