CarPlay Application weird behavior

First: When navigating, the Apple CarPlay application closes about 500m before reaching the charger. The app won’t open again when touching the app logo until reaching the charging station.
Second: The app won’t be in the vertical „last used“ apps in the Carplay screen. I always have to go back to the homescreen and open the app manually. It’s the only CarPlay app that behaves in that way.

We are aware of the second issue and will work to fix this in coming updates. The first issue is curious - does this regularly happen before chargers? What happens when you try to open the app again before the charger, does it crash?

It happened with 4 out of 7 chargers in my route, mainly in Italy. If i open the app again via CarPlay it just closes again. On the phone the app is still running, so it hasn’t crashed completely

ABRP is not designed to be accepted by Apple to work as a standard default navigation app, therefore ABRP is not allowed to use the dashboard.
I myself would also prefer if ABRP could fulfill the requirements to use the dashboard. :-)
