If you go to the settings and click at your car and then Live data do you have the option that shows on the image?
If you have that option do you get a message that is does not work or what happens?

I have the option. It just says that "Car connection status incomplete".
Maybe it's because you guys don't have the 2023 id.4 model in the app?

Yes if we don't have the car in the app it also does not have OBD support.

Why is it taking so long to put a 2023 id.4 to the supported cars? It's a pretty popular car.

We have a lot of cars to add. Before we add them we need to collect information and make various calculations so that it functions correctly when planning. For it to work with OBD, additional information is needed.
