Can't reach ABRP Premium Purchase Screen

Cannot access the Premium purchase screen. Just get a dialog box showing "Working on It'.

Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving from the U.S. Apologies that I did not fully state the problem. Yes, web based using Chrome as the browser. Tried it a few minutes ago (logged in and out several times) and the problem is still there.

Hey Steve, have you tried leaving the page for a minut to see if it might just be that it takes long. Have tried now to see if I can find an issue or reproduce the bug and the only thing I can find that it can take quite long time.

1. Yes, I have left the page open as long as 10 minutes without the "Working on It" dialog box disappearing. 2. This issue may be specific to my desktop computer. When I try it using a Chromebook (using the same connection), it works as expected.

Hey Steve,
have you tried opening ABRP in incognito mode and logging in and then going to the premium page does it work then? Do you have the same issue using another browser on the same computer? It might be some settings issue related to locale as we will attempt to show local currency. If you share what platform (mac/ windows etc.) you are using and what locale settings you have I can see if I might be able to replicate the issue.

Hey Steve, thanks for getting back to us with this issue. I assume you are on the web and is redirected to web.abetterrouteplanner.com/premium as that's where the "Working on it.." is shown. Could you test login out and then in again and then see if it works?
