Can't continue navigation after charging

I've made my plan and followed the route until the first charge, but there is no way to continue the navigation. No next/ok button, no way to hide the screen that instruct to charge... nothing.
I've tried multiple times, both portrait and landscape orientation.
The only way is to close the app and plan a new route, then repeat at the next stop.

Like I said, a couple of weeks ago I couldn't see the following steps (it was April 6th). I can't replicate that now, it worked across multiple trips in the last couple of days.
I would still expect some way to get instructions before moving, it doesn't make any sense this way. Have you ever used your app? Do you expect me to interact with the screen while moving, like for example to adjust the real battery, or do any kind of change, or simply knowing in what direction I should head to? (Except from looking at the map, but that's not intuitive and not helpful at times)

Ok, my situation is nothing like I see in the replies. I encountered it a couple of weeks ago, but now it kinda works.
I need to add that I'm not connected to the vehicle, as it's an Energica motorcycle, I don't know if that's the reason why it doesn't show any option yo resume driving, as if the app expects something from the vehicle that it was charged.
I would still prefer a button to go back to navigation, right now it changes after resuming driving, but you usually need instructions to do so, but at least now I can see the next stops.
And I didn't need to clear the cache or anything drastic, the app was still responding if I touched the map, I just had to restart the app and reset the route, creating a new plan.
I think you are all having a different issue than mine.

I think I'm hitting the same issue too.
Version 4.7.10 on Android. Can you revert the update?
I don't even need to be charging to reproduce this, rerouting also seems to trigger this hang, which makes the app unusable for me.
My current work around is to use the web interface to plan a new route, restart the app and pick up that route instead.

After an app restart, sometimes I don't even load the map, and the app hangs at this screen.

Unlinking from the car telemetry (ODB2 bluetooth) seems to be a way to work around the frozen screen. I needed to unlink from the web UI, and then force stop/clear cache the android app to pick up the new config.

Hi!
Reporting same issue here.
When started charging in a charging station the app freezes.
Not possible to get out of charging screen.
When restarting app gets stuck with example attached. Not possible to reach buttons.
Only way to get off out of this bug is clean all cache and app data, but in the next charging gets the same result.
