I have no idea how you all managed to fuck all this up so badly.
When I tried to cancel my free ABRP trial, the cancellation page goes into an indefinite loop (see screenshot). Tried on both Chrome and Firefox (if you can't get either of these two browsers to work, that's on you).
I then tried to use the support button in the app to contact your customer service, but there's no actual email attached to it - you have to create a Microsoft Mail account, give it access to your email, and THEN you can email your customer support. (No, I am not going to give Microsoft all my data so that I can report that you have a problem.)
I then tried to create an account for the forums, but got the error message "You are not allowed to create an account through this site."
I will be contesting any charges you place. Please enjoy the chargeback fee. I will never be using ABRP again after my terrible experiences here.

This problem is now solved and accessing the premium pages should work without a problem.

Removed this comment as this temporary solution might not work all the time. We have canceled your subscription now so you don't have to worry about that. Thanks for making us aware of this bug!

It's always annoying if something doesn't work, still please watch your language. If you attack the people you are hoping to get help from and even accuse them of forcing you to something which is obviously not true, you might not get the customer service you would get when you ask in a nice polite way.
There can always be something broken somewhere, still there is no need to get that angry about it. We will most likely be able to sort it out.

The microsoft mail concern has absolutely nothing to do with ABRP, it’s probably your default system mail app that is launching with a prepopulated message body. Weird of you to blame this on them because you are unfamiliar with your own device. Just email premium@abetterrouteplanner.com with your preferred email service.

Thank you, that actually was helpful.
Still, I don't see why they couldn't provide the actual email to copy/paste or enter in manually. Hiding it behind a link seems really unnecessary. And that doesn't fix the issues with creating a forum account or canceling premium through the intended route.

Thanks for the feedback regarding the email. We will look into displaying the email in plain text too. You can always right click on a mail link and select "copy email" if you want to use your own mail client.

No, you can't copy email by right-clicking, at least not in Firefox.

That is correct, it would normally work but this buttons was a bit more complex than just a mailto-link so that's why it's not working. If you have a similar problem in the future on any other page the trick to right click would work in most cases.
Have a nice day!
