Cannot get a plan to complete to save my life

I have been using this tool for 5 years. A few months ago, I could not get a plan to work. I still cannot. I read the FAQ 1000 times. I am about to give up on this tool. Too many options, too complicated for a planning task.

Not sure what happened to the feedback I posted to your note below. But anyway, I am home now and have figured out a work-around. If I use my neighbors address, rather than my own, the tool works. If I switch to my home address,. "We could not calculate your plan". So I will just have to use 7648 as the street address rather than 7652 going forward. Strange, but true.

Hi Robert
I tried a recent plan on your account and also another plan and it works as i should. Do you have this problem on the web or on your phone? Do you have the latest version of ABRP?
