BYD Seal obd connection lost

I am using an icar pro obd ble dongle on BYD Seal that could connect and communicate data to the app before, but can't connect to the app anymore since today 19/7/24. I can still access car data through the dongle and other phone app(CamScanner). Also the calibrated reference consumption wasn't adjusting even after logging a number of trips.
