Hi Kheng,
I've just checked the vehicle on your account. Based on what I can see we did receive data from the connection last you tried to connect. However live data values aren't enabled currently. Click the battery icon to enable it (filled blue) when connected.
I'd also advise you to enable 'Advanced settings' to be able to view settings for reference consumption (which we can calibrate with this connection) and more.
