Looking at the charger in Vegreville it notes in ABRP that "The charger has limited access or function and is not used in automatic planning". Not sure why that is, plugshare shows it as up as does Flo (the charging provider).

That is likely not related but I'd be happy to have a look if you provide a link to the specific charger.
This status is generally automated for locations that seem to be at customer parking, parking garages etc. and most often it is set by the data provider, not us.

I've reported it to them so that they can have it changed.

Hi Ken,
I've looked at the plan and this is not an OSM (map) or traffic data issue. We just somehow refuse to route past some points likely because we're unable to fulfil the SoC requirements set in settings for all the waypoints added along the route.
We'll need to take a closer look at this to understand why.
