"Automatic Settings" button gets disabled over and over again

When I go to my personal settings, the "Automatic Setting" button will overwrite the current individual valus. Thats OK. But when i close and open the Settings a second time, the automatic setting is disabled again.

IN Settings, I have selected Advanced Settings. Under that I select the slider for Use live weather and traffic, but each time in come back to settings, it is unselected.
Under Road Conditions, Real-time Weather is selected and stays selected.
I am in Canada.
Does this not work in Canada ?

Automatic settings aren't currently usable. It deactivates after 3-4 seconds.

Since the last update, I can turn on the automatic settings, but they are immediately turned off again. Likewise, the data of the OBDII are not adopted.

Ich kann seit dem letzten Update die automatischen Einstellungen zwar anschalten, sie werden aber sofort wieder ausgeschaltet. Ebenso werden die Daten des OBDII nicht ubernommen.

Do you have live data connected from your car? This tends to happen if that telemetry does not have all data we expect.

I have seen something similar, except the revert happens while still in the settings panel and the charging stops setting is also reverted.

Same with me:
Initial situation: The "Automatic Settings" Button is enabled.
Then I close and reopen "Settings". Now the the "Automatic Settings" Button is disabled.

Where does this occur and could you specify which version of the app you're currently running?
I've just checked your account and your car hasn't provided live data for quite some time. I'd advise you to have it reconnected, see this section of our FAQ:

Ich habe die version 4.2.12.
DIe OBDII Verbindung habe ich nicht gewechselt.
Ich habe alle Einstellungen erneuert. Wenn die erste Verbindung zum OBDII hergestellt wird, zeigt die App die richtigen Werte an.
Wechsele ich zur Routenplanung stimmt nichts mehr.
Danach stellt sich die automatik immer wieder aus.
So hilft mir der ABRP kaum noch.
Ich bin 2 Wochen zu meiner größten Zufriedenheit in Schweden unterwegs gewesen und habe den ABRP nur gelobt. Jetzt bin ich nur noch enttäuscht.

This is most likely an issue with the OBD device itself, not the app. If reconnecting the car via the OBD as instructed above did not help, please let us know what model of OBD device you're using.
