My plan goes from Southern France to north London in the UK. I've added the departure and arrival harbours, as well as adding the proper ferry crossing (Saint-Malo to Portsmouth). The result is totally wrong and sends me to various channel islands, sometime several times, ending up after that driving hundreds of miles to the Channel Tunnel. I realise I could just do two different plans, one for the French side and one for the UK, but...

Hi Bruce
Can you please add the link to the whole plan that does not give you the route you want. Click at Share plan and Share ABRP link.

And here's another, where I specifically added the two harbours... St Helier definitely isn't one of them

Thanks. They look very strange. I need to ask a developer to look at this plans.

I did one more check: it seems like the app thinks the Portsmouth - Saint-Malo ferry is one-way only, from the UK to France and there's no way to select the Saint-Malo - Portsmouth direction, so the map sends me to the Channel Tunnel, then from Southampton to Saint-Malo then back to the tunnel and finances to my destination in the UK.

Hope that helps with your investigation.

Sorry, that's Portsmouth, not Southampton in my last comment.

Hi
It seems that the ferry line is broken and our developer are trying to find out why. When I set waypoints on land on the both sides I get a one way ferry but via Jersey.

My colleagues will be solving this but it can take some time. To solve it for you in the best way right now is to divide the plan into two. From the start point to the ferry port in France. Then from the ferry port on the England side to the arrival destination. I hope this will work as a solution for you at this time.
