App will not chart a route

I enter destination address and starting address, both are found in lookup, and when i press the blue button it fails to load a route. I have restarted my phone and tried clearing settings and nothing works.

No, the blue button seems to start spinning, but then reverts back to what it looks like before pressing the button. No error message, no change on the screen!

Same here, no message - just does not load the route and shows only dotted straight line
