After working flawlessly app stopped appearing in Android Auto.
When customising launcher in Android Auto, while Android auto is not connected to the car it appears but when connected to the car it dissappears

Hi Lukasz, we have no control over this and means to show or hide our app on AA. The only thing i could think of is that in the customization settings the app is in the not visible column, but it sounds like you checked that already.
If that doesn't help please make sure you are on latest ABRP and AA version, force kill the AA app and try it again.
If this also doesn't help it might make sense to raise an issue at the google issue tracker.
Please also note, that only ABRP versions installed via play store work with AA.
