2 out of 3 times the ABRP connection to the media screen crashes with this message...

Do you have to unplug the dongle first?
Car scanner works very well with wifi symbol
ABRP connects via bluetooth or wifi without any known logic and we don't know why except that it's not stable and it crashes on the media screen:

Faut il débrancher le dongle avant
Car scanner marche très bien avec symbole wifi
ABRP se connecte en bluetooth ou en wifi sans aucune logique connue et on ne sait pourquoi sauf que c est pas stable et ça se plante sur l écran media :
