The new update that was just released crashes on Android Auto... it seems to still work on my phone (Google Pixel 7a).

We also released a new version 4.6.2 (2445) which according to some more affected people seems to fix the issue, so closing thius now.

After I deleted the data, it works.

Same problem - 4.6.2 crashes right on connection with AA 10.4.633624. App works on phone as stand-alone.

The worst part, is I have a road trip Friday and now can't use abrp to navigate ☹️. Is there a way to roll back the update?

Hey Greg,
we looked into this, but could not find the reason so far. So could you please try the following as an intermediate solution:
Clear the cache of the app (long click icon in android and then search for clear cache option)
After that you need to log in again.
If that does not work please try uninstalling the app and reinstall it again and then try again.
This probably seems to be related to local data, as we could not reproduce it with the settings of you stored in the backend. So it could help to get rid of local data. This might also give us a hint, where to look for if it is related to some local not backed up data.

Again a catastrophic update. On Android galaxy S21 5G. ABRP crashes right after start.

Then please open a seperate issue, this one is related to android auto, it probably has a different root cause.

Hi Samuel, sorry no. You are releasing very bad releases all the time with bugs, that can be easily tested. I'm spending more time in reporting bugs, making screenshots and photos of your problems than driving with ABRP. I also pay money for your service and now I have to fill up your bug reporting? Get your things together and open a ticket for your own. This community is already doing your testing all the time.
