An alternative route is proposed for which the additional time takes much more then it takes to go home.

Alternatives selected to be sufficiently different from the original route, and sometimes they make less sense from a time perspective. We do disqualify an alternative if it takes *too* much extra time, but we allow some detours.

Detours are fine but proposing a detour which takes like 53 minutes more then my one minute driving time home makes no sense at all in my opinion
