on the app or on the car screen the app says the route is not available, but a new one is, just click accept. It does this over and over again, and crashes both phone and car systems. When I try to start over again, it starts a whole new route and is forgetting the stops and plans that were already in place. There is no reson for the re-route, everything on the highway was normal. It looks like a serious bug in the app.

Hi, can you please provide more information? Which version do you use? Which OS do you use? Which phone?

ABRP is 4.2.1, my phone is a Samsung Note 20, with the latest Android updates. As soon as I paid for the app everything went wrong. The free version was always great.

Both. And right now both are screwed up and unusable.

I checked your account and saw some errors that were reported. We included these in the fixes for the next release 4.2.2 that should be released shortly. Please try again once that version is available and let me know if it works better for you.
