All locations of saved route show "Somewhere along the way"

Suddenly all of the locations are showing the address as "Somewhere along the way" on one of my planned routes. The pins are still in the locations they use to be on the map, but the addresses are all gone.

This just happened for us on a large European plan. Now all the waypoints have no descriptions. We just lost hours and hours of work. Can this be retrieved or is it gone?

I have this problem on more than one of my routes can I assume 2 months after the OP this situation has not been resolved?

I'm sorry about that. We have not been able to reproduce the problem and it seems that it is only two persons that have this problem.
Does it happen to a lot of your plans? Is it saved plans or also the new plans you make?

Hi, I have 8 plans saved and it has happened to two of them. All waypoints are there and if I click on the pin drop I can get the location and address, it is just the route boxes that say "somewhere along the way" This behaviour repeats regardless of method of use ie. Android app on Samsung S22, browser on Chromebook (Chrome or DuckDuckGo) I have remade the routes yesterday evening and so far they have remained correct.

Then I guess that there is something that is saved in the plans that make this behaviour since it works now when you have made a new plan. My colleague will look at it.

Does this happen on all your saved plans or only on this specific one?

Only this specific one. And it suddenly happened. I had reloaded this saved trip multiple times without issue previously to reporting this issue.

For example, this is only with this one previously saved trip. I had 19 specific locations with addresses saved in this trip. When I came back to it and loaded the trip, all 19 of those locations show as "Somewhere along the way" even though their specific pin locations are still on the map.

Have you tried to kill the app and open it again?

Yes. I have the same behavior on the app and on desktop browser as well.
