Add Saved Drives back to Carplay interface

Saved Drives no longer appear in my Carplay interface as of the 4.2.0 release. The are available via the iPhone screen but that's not very helpful when driving and needing to move through way points. Please bring Saved Drives back to the Carplay screen

With ABRP V4.2.12 the saved plans are shown on the CarPlay Display.
