The ABRP app is installed on my cellphone and laptop. I occassionally can browse to the web site from my Tesla browser and have manged to log in and to see my saved plans. However, after a while the browser freezes and I can not connect a second time ,and typically have to wait overnight, and then it connects again, to repeat the game. Error code 9 - if that means something to someone. Hope that somebody can help to get rid of this nuisence. Thank you.

I have this as well on my 2020 Model X.
Clearing data helps for 10 secs and then it just becomes a blank screen again

Hi Yusuf
It could help to clear the browser data, this is in the service section of the car settings menu.

Linda, clearing the browser is indeed a workaround. However, it will forget all favourites. For the moment not so important, but it certainly would be better to resolve the issue :) Best.
