ABRP predicting very long journey times

Around 6 weeks ago the App both on my phone and in my Polestar 2 has begun predicting journey times that would require very low average speeds. This makes the app basically unusable. What is the fix?

Hi Stewart,
Looking at your current settings, a very low 'max speed' has been set for the vehicle and we won't be planning with anything faster than the set max.
To correct this, go into: settings > speed > max speed
