ABRP not connecting to TESLA

Since this morning ABRP not connecting to my Tesla. Was fine until yesterday. Any updates what is happening, ABRP?

Hi,

Noticed my 2023-2024 Model Y Performance wasn’t getting live data in the app, so decided to unlink and link it again. Now I’m getting an “unexpected error” though and have been stuck here all night. Please assist.

Have tried to disconnect and reconnect the link between my Tesla and ABRP multiple times. Live data does not update. I have uninstalled the app. I have re-added the vehicle. I’ve even updated my phone. Please advise on how to get syncing with live data resumed for my trip. I’ve been able to use the live data in the past with no issue. Disconnected in the last two day. Thank you.

Lost connection of ABRP with IPhone App to Tesla model 3 model 2020 cannot be restored immediately. Next day it works again. Any hint?

An update from our side, we have not forgotten about this! We are working hard to add streaming live data from Tesla into our systems and will let you know when we have everything in place. In the meantime the live data has some known limitations such as a limited number of calls per day.

Hi, ich kann mich auch seit ein paar Tagen mit den Teslas nicht verbinden. Ein Grund wieso ich den Premium Account gemacht habe, ist das Fahrtenbuch. Das funktioniert nun nicht mehr. Ich weiß, ihr arbeitet daran. Gibt es eine Chance das es wieder wird wie vorher? Ansonsten macht für mich das Premium kaum einen Sinn. Live Daten sind auch keine da.

Some more detail: ABRP app picks up older positions of my Tesla, and has a default 53% battery level. Again disconnected and reconnected to the live Tesla API, but keeps reporting that no live data is available (although sometimes updates the car position)

Looks like Tesla API can’t be reached (working well for other apps though so suspect a ABRP issue)

Even though I have unlocked and reconnected my Tesla three times it still shows as not connected in the setting and there is no live data while driving. I am running iOS 18.1 and the app version will be in the pictures.

The Tesla Fleet API we use to get live data for Tesla owners has been severely rate limited by Tesla and we are only allowed to make a limited number of calls per day and vehicle, which in turn has lead to our servers getting blocked entirely.
Currently the Tesla live data will be limited to one update per minute to save on calls and many of you will have to Unlink and Link your vehicle again to regain live data.
Fortunately all settings, calibration and previous data for your car in ABRP will remain.

Thanks for the fix. Does that mean, that ABRP connection over the air via Tesla are unstable, and if so, when do will you provide a more stable solution?

Would like to get refundet part of My subscription fee please.
Such problems are not part of our agreement on how ABRP works.

The connection stopped yesterday during a trip, Oct 1, 2024 at 1 pm MEST, thus sleeping mode is not the reason for disconnecting.
Reconnection failed, too, as many others already have posted here recently.

Just checked, my car is still on 2024.26.100, so it’s not the Tesla software upgrade causing the issue. I’ll cancel my ABRP subscription if this is not fixed soon.

Hi. The same story.
For a few days now, I've been having trouble connecting my Tesla to ABRP. Everything was fine, and suddenly there's no connection. I've tried deleting the car, re-adding it, removing the app, logging out of it, and nothing seems to work.

This morning 2024.32.6 was installed on my Tesla model 3. Since the installation, I face this issue too. Deleting the access in my Tesla account didn't solved the issue. Several tries from Android and iOS, resulted in the aforementioned error. Very inconvenient no trip registration.

I also deleted the permissions in my Tesla profile and tried to connect from the start. Same error as everyone else.

Same story here. Unlinking and linking again gives an „unexpected error”. Also the email from tesla about granted access for abrp came but app still is not linked. Multiple attempts to link gives the same error.

Connecting via TRONITY-App works fine, however, a direct connect would better.
