Even though I have unlocked and reconnected my Tesla three times it still shows as not connected in the setting and there is no live data while driving. I am running iOS 18.1 and the app version will be in the pictures.
The Tesla Fleet API we use to get live data for Tesla owners has been severely rate limited by Tesla and we are only allowed to make a limited number of calls per day and vehicle, which in turn has lead to our servers getting blocked entirely.
Currently the Tesla live data will be limited to one update per minute to save on calls and many of you will have to Unlink and Link your vehicle again to regain live data.
Fortunately all settings, calibration and previous data for your car in ABRP will remain.
Thanks for the fix. Does that mean, that ABRP connection over the air via Tesla are unstable, and if so, when do will you provide a more stable solution?

The connection stopped yesterday during a trip, Oct 1, 2024 at 1 pm MEST, thus sleeping mode is not the reason for disconnecting.
Reconnection failed, too, as many others already have posted here recently.

Just checked, my car is still on 2024.26.100, so it’s not the Tesla software upgrade causing the issue. I’ll cancel my ABRP subscription if this is not fixed soon.

For a few days now, I've been having trouble connecting my Tesla to ABRP. Everything was fine, and suddenly there's no connection. I've tried deleting the car, re-adding it, removing the app, logging out of it, and nothing seems to work.
This morning 2024.32.6 was installed on my Tesla model 3. Since the installation, I face this issue too. Deleting the access in my Tesla account didn't solved the issue. Several tries from Android and iOS, resulted in the aforementioned error. Very inconvenient no trip registration.
Same story here. Unlinking and linking again gives an „unexpected error”. Also the email from tesla about granted access for abrp came but app still is not linked. Multiple attempts to link gives the same error.
Same with my account at same car :-(

I also deleted the permissions in my Tesla profile and tried to connect from the start. Same error as everyone else.

Connecting via TRONITY-App works fine, however, a direct connect would better.
