ABRP freezes at initial logo screen

Recently the ABRP will not open fully and just stops at the logo screen. The logo is initially round -ish and then becomes squarer, and then stops there. I have tried uninstalling, re installing, different internet connections, allowing permissions and deleting the app's storage and cache. Nothing changes. Samsung S21 A14. Many thanks

I am logged in when it happens. When I re installed the app the same thing happened. I was able to log in later as the app randomly worked. Its around 4 times out of 5 it will not open.

Thanks, we will investigate. So according to what you write, you are not logged in or has no settings whatsoever (after clearing the storage)?
