ABRP Does Not Produce an Accurate Route

ABRP, Nokia 7.1, Android 10, 2020 Bolt hasn't worked consistently--or more importantly reliably--for weeks now. Again, I was in the Mojave Desert with cell phone coverage through the Bolt's AT&T network and I needed ABRP to work and it didn't. I carry a printed version of the desktop and had a stop planned but I couldn't even use ABRP to plan the route to the charge stop even though I'd saved the route. When it did come up it was wrong! You do not want to run out of juice on the Mojave Desert. It was 39 C that day. I then tried the saved route to my final destination and it again gave me the wrong data. I used google for mapping and relied on my printed version. There is something wrong somewhere.

Hi, we do not offer offline navigation, so if the cell coverage was bad, that could result in not planning or being slow.

What do you mean with "When it did come up it was wrong!"? Can you please explain your expectations and what actually happened instead?

Bo,
When it finally pulled up the map (the wheel stopped spinning) with the arrow to select the route I pressed the arrow. It then switches to the route map and gave the wrong distance to the destination and selected the wrong exit. I then tried it with the final destination and it gave the wrong distance again--and with the same information as in the previous example even though it was another destination. The next day ABRP was still not useable but the Chevy App worked--and this is very rare. The Chevy App hardly ever works.

If this continues there is no point in subscribing to ABRP.
