ABRP app drops charge status at stops

Hi. In the past I saw a progress bar to adequate charge level. At a stop yesterday, that progress bar disappeared, leaving me to check other apps for the charge status. What gives?

Hi,
Please add more information about the situation;
- Did you keep the app open while charging?
- Did you stay in the car or did you bring your phone with you while leaving the car?
- What live data connection are you using?

Yes I kept the app open. I brought my phone with me while visiting the shop/coffee as we waited. At one point I saw the live % then it disappeared. I have Tronity and a Bluetooth OBD.

Okay, did we just switch to navigation again or what happened when we stopped the charging view?
The connection to the Bluetooth dongle would most likely have been broken due to distance and the off-state of the car. Tronity usually does not report data super frequently but it really depends on the make, model, and in some cases the software version of the vehicle.
Could you tell us more about the vehicle?
