This is the OBD-dongle for the app "We Connect Go" from VW. Enclosed the nRF-data in the pictures. Would be great if you could implement it because it`s very cheap (~ 10 €) and I already have it ;-).

Sorry forgot to update this one... There is no way for us to support this dongle, it uses some kind of custom and encrypted communication.

Hi Manuel,
I tried to connect it, but it didn't work. Torque seems to cost monthly 7,50€ and EVNotify doesn't see the BT-dongle at all. Do you recommend a dongle for the VW ID4 with IOS? Otherwise I try the Maclean MCE 200. Thanks for the fast reaction but I won't spend a lot of time for 25 € (for the Maclean MCE 200).

Ok, sorry to hear that. Let me see if I can grab such an dongle from one of the local dealers here.

Hi Manuel,
I just tested the Maclean MCE 200 and it works without problems. At the Maclean MCE 200 a red LED is shining always. At the VW Dataplug a blue? LED is shining only if the car is "started" (when the "ignition" is on). Perhaps the VW Dataplug goes in a standby-mode if you leave the car. That would be a good security feature. So, it would be great if you get the VW-plug working.

Hi, I just created a config for your dongle and added you as a tester. Could you please give it a try and report how it worked out for you?
In case it doesn't work, could you test some other app like Torque or EVNotify to see if it works there? Thanks!
