We need the OBD PID commands and how to interpret the returned data.

You should do this, not us. We are buying a paid membership, you are request data from us to use the application in our vehicle. We are users. We are not software producers, we cannot do this coding. You need to obtain one torres evx vehicle and do this coding or why should we buy or use a paid membership? If it cannot communicate with obd there is no meaning in your application. It is better to use google maps.

No subscription is required in order to use the OBD functionality in ABRP.
At the moment we do not have the resources to reverse engineer this. But sometimes this type of information can be found on the internet. Owners of the vehicle may be more likely to come across it, for instance in forums written in languages we don't speak.

Ms. Katya, I talked about ABRP's premium membership. If I am not going to use OBD, there is no need to use ABRP.

ABRP can be used entirely for free, even with an OBD dongle. For vehicle models where no live data support has been found, or the source is too poor to support calibrated consumption, the user themselves can tweak our predictions by manually changing the reference consumption value in settings. Using an OBD connection greatly improves the use of ABRP but our planner can still be used without one.
ev-database is a great source of data for building a vehicle model but they do not provide information on OBD commands.

While charging my vehicle with DC fast charging, the battery is 120 kW between 0% -70%
70% - 80% 70 kw It charges between 80% and 100% with 25 kW. and these values are the same as Byd.
