I have been using this low cost Bluetooth dongle for almost a year with EVnotify to get live SoC data from my 2019 Hyundai Ioniq 28 kWh into ABRP. It has worked very well. The physical power button makes it easy to switch off the dongle when leaving the car.

Would be great to have native support in ABRP. Details from nRF connect attached.

Works perfect for me, since the update of ABRP where you can choose the dongle without the step of using EVNotify in betonen.

Dear Pascal. Thanks for the information. I tried again and I am still not able to get the kungfuren dongle directly connected to ABRP.

I am running Anroid 12 on a Google Pixel 4a and my dongle doesn't appear under the list of active Bluetooth "Connected devices" until I start EVnotify. It is only listed as "Previously connected devices" until I start EVnotify. It seems EVnotify has a particular initialization routine that connects the dongle that ABRP doesn't do.

Are you running Android or iOS?
Did you need to uninstall EVnotify to get your dongle working with ABRP?
