Add ODB live connection to Audi Q8 E-Tron

At the moment I can only use the old Audi E-Tron 2021 configuration to have a OBD connection.
My Audi Q8 E-tron 50 is a new MY and the old profile worked fine (until the update of ABRP to version 5.0.3 or newer).
Please enable that the newer Audi Q8 E-Tron profiles can also create OBD connections.
