Hi Juri,
If we get more reports of this dongle not working we can add it to the non-recommended list.
But currently users are free to connect to any BLE dongle. We just cannot guarantee that every dongle on the market will work because they come in very varying quality.
If you're unable to connect to your car via this dongle this is not something we can fix. Do ensure that the dongle is not connected to any other apps before attempting to connect and that the vehicle is turned on. If it still does not work we can only suggest trying with a different dongle.

The Kiwi 3 is currently not supported, however it meets the requirements to be supported being a BTLE ELM327 device.
