Add a Charge Card/Network

Hi all,

We've spoken to our data provider, and here's what they said;

"We have added Trugo locations to our database since July, but the data is currently static. We've tried contacting them in order to get dynamic data as well, but we haven't been successful so far."

I've checked some locations that we get for Trugo chargers and we don't appear to be counting them as belonging to the Trugo network. Due to this, we won't list Trugo as a network either since it in our database doesn't have any chargers belonging to it.

They're reported to us as being operated and owned by Trugo so there's evidently an issue on our side and we'll investigate.

Listed as 'Yes Energy' but found in the Trugo app.

But the live status remains an issue that needs action from Trugo to be resolved.

You have to add Trugo fast charger stations on your map, these stations are best and fast stations in turkey.

There is no choice of Trugo Charger Network information on the map, but this network is biggest charger network in Turkiye. You can add otopriz networks also.

For example if I want to go to Erzurum from İstanbul navigation directed me to Black Sea cities but this way is so long, on the other hand normally there are many of dc stations in the way of tokat and Amasya, can you check and add these stations in your app please

There are not show Trugo stations :(( on the other hand you can add to otopriz dc charge stations

I got an answer from our partner about Trugo "We have added it to our list. Our team is working on adding their network. However, it could take a while before we acquire their stations, as their network is not clearly defined yet."

Trugo is Turkey's largest electric vehicle charging network and is growing rapidly. However, these stations are not currently displayed on your map. They are the charging network of the TOGG vehicle company and support charging up to 300kw. They currently have the most common and fastest stations in Turkey. That is why these charging stations need to be included on ABRP.
