Rivian Adventure Network incorrectly showing as free

As of November 2023, the Rivian Adventure Network is no longer free, but ABRP still shows them as free. Possibly as a result, ABRP may be favoring RAN in its routing.
Looking at a few charging stations near me (California), they all seem to be charging $0.36/kWh.
