EVgo costs are incorrect

When routing through an EVgo charger in Wisconsin, I'm seeing incorrect costs per kWh:
- Expected (Pay as you go): $0.30/min
- Actual (Pay as you go): $0.54/kWh
I also see $0.49/kWh for "Basic," but that is supposed to be $0.28/min.
