Add Evie (Australia) real time charger status update

While Evie is one of the top 3 charging networks besides Tesla and Chargefox in Australia, ABRP premium only has has real time charger status for Tesla and Chargefox. Also, note that Google Maps has real time charger status update for Evie chargers.

Hi all,
Our data provider got back to us, but unfortunately, we're still unable to provide live status for Evie chargers. Here's their reply;
"We checked with the partnerships team and, even though we've been in constant conversations with Evie specifically in the last couple of months, we still don't receive dynamic data for their stations.
We understand it's a priority for your clients, and we are putting all of our efforts into pushing this forward with Evie.
We'll let you know as soon as we start receiving them."
